Retreat Basics
What is the check-in and check-out protocol?
We welcome guests for check-in from 2:00 PM onwards to allow for a gentle transition into the space. Check-out is at 11:00 AM on your final day, followed by a light departure brunch. Early arrivals can be accommodated in our library lounge.
What should I pack for my stay?
Vedvana provides organic cotton robes and indoor footwear. We recommend packing comfortable movement wear, sturdy walking shoes for trail exploration, and a swimsuit for our thermal baths. All grooming essentials are provided in-room.
Is there a digital-free policy?
While we offer high-speed connectivity in suites, we encourage a 'Digital Sabbatical'. Common areas and the meditation grove are designated as phone-free zones to preserve the collective tranquility of the sanctuary.
